Our Story
“Great coffee starts with great beans. We source ours from Lâm Hà, where local farmers have cultivated Robusta and Arabica for generations. Only 98%-matured beans are chosen and carefully picked, then roasted in small batches at our very own Roastery.”
Founded in 2020 in the heart of Thu Thiem, Ho Chi Minh City, The Lu Coffee was born from a simple belief: Vietnamese coffee deserves to be celebrated. We work directly with family-run plantations in Lâm Hà region, selecting only the finest cherries — sun-dried, naturally processed, and graded by hand. From earth to cup, every step is guided by respect for the land and the people who tend it.
Our menu spans both tradition and innovation. Sip a classic Robusta milk coffee as Saigon mornings demand, or explore our single-origin, signaturely made Arabica coldbrew that reveal floral and chocolate notes unique to Vietnam’s Central Highlands. Every drink we serve reflects our commitment to quality, traceability, and the rich coffee culture that makes this country extraordinary.
